Omar Aburish is a commercial real estate professional with over a decade of experience leading industrial, automotive, and land-use–driven projects from acquisition through entitlement, leasing, and occupancy. His work spans the full lifecycle of commercial real estate, with particular strength in zoning and land-use strategy, entitlement navigation, site selection, feasibility analysis, and the structuring of long-term NNN leases.
