Crystal Adell Green is a Virginia native with a strong background in business, leadership, and client service. Born in Newport News and raised in Hampton, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management.

Crystal’s passion for real estate comes from personal experience. After navigating a major life transition while raising her son, she purchased her first home and later faced the challenges that often arise during complex real estate transactions. From unexpected delays to short-sale complications, she gained firsthand insight into how overwhelming the process can feel without the right guidance and support.

Those experiences shaped her approach today: educate clients clearly, anticipate potential obstacles, and provide practical solutions from the beginning of the transaction through closing and beyond.

As an Associate Broker with The Ellitan Group, Crystal works with individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and investors across residential and commercial real estate. Her experience includes buyer and seller representation, commercial real estate, property management, real estate consulting, credit improvement strategies, and long-term wealth-building guidance.
