Andrew Tehrani brings a unique combination of real estate expertise and more than 12 years of hands-on construction experience to The Ellitan Group. As a Class A RBC contractor with experience throughout Virginia and Maryland, Andrew has spent his career building, remodeling, and improving residential properties, giving his clients a valuable perspective that extends far beyond the transaction.

His extensive background includes single-family renovations, multifamily projects, and working closely with property owners and property managers to evaluate improvements, control renovation costs, and maximize long-term property value. This experience allows Andrew to recognize opportunities and potential concerns that many buyers and investors may overlook.

Andrew works closely with first-time homebuyers to identify properties in desirable neighborhoods where strategic improvements can create immediate equity and long-term value.
